Scheduling

In order to facilitate efficient appointment scheduling and cancellations made within our software, a credit card will be required when scheduling your service

Cancellations

We want to give every guest the same time and attention that you deserve for your service. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise, and you need to adjust your plans. In consideration to other guests and our technicians, if you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request that you follow our standard cancellation policies to avoid any fees.

Cancellation Requirements:

  • Service duration of 1.5 hours or less: minimum 24-hour notice
  • Service duration of 2+ hours: minimum 48-hour notice
  • Group reservations of 3 or more: minimum 72-hour notice

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellation without proper notice = 50% of service
  • No shows or cancellations within one hour = 100% of service
Cancellations must be made by calling our front desk and speaking to a Customer Service Representative. Cancellations by email will only be accepted as proper notice when it falls outside our standard hours of operation.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided and/or registered gift cards will be redeemed. Should a credit card transaction fail, a balance will be applied to guest’s account and must be paid in full prior to scheduling or receiving future services.
When scheduling multiple guests, the person requesting the reservation will be responsible for all persons in their party regarding cancellation fees.

For Your Protection

We request that all salon and spa guests change into the smock or robe provided prior to services. All guests will be responsible to store all personal belongings in the appropriate places provided. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or clothing.

Merchandise Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges, within reason, for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase. All cosmetic and skin care product sales are final. Testers are available to try upon request before purchasing.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will gladly re-do your service within seven days of your original service date.

Rates

All prices are subject to change. Hair service prices are based on a standard and may increase due to length or thickness as well as time or amount of product needed to perform service.

Payments

Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Personal Check (with proper identification)

Gratuity

Can be paid in cash, check or through Venmo. You can also use your credit card for a small transaction fee using our TIPPY kiosk. Gratuity is not included in our menu pricing and is left to discretion of our guest, apart from specialty services and group reservations. A mandatory gratuity will automatically be added for hair extensions, smoothing treatments, all spa parties of three or more and any special accommodation services provided on-location.

SALON & SPA ETIQUETTE

Arrival & Punctuality

We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and you may be unexpectedly delayed. We do our best to allow a short grace period for late arrival. However, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will end on time and cannot be extended based on late arrival. Please understand if you arrive too late and we are unable to accommodate your service, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation and our standard fee will apply.

Relaxing Atmosphere

To ensure a relaxing and peaceful experience, we request that guests refrain from using cell phones and turn off or silence them while in the salon and spa service areas.

Children

For their safety, we ask that all children be accompanied by an adult while in our retail/reception area. Children 12 and under are not permitted in the Salon or Spa service areas unless receiving services.

If you have any medical conditions, physical ailments, allergies, or are pregnant please inform our customer service representative when scheduling, as well as your technician prior to receiving your services.
