Arrival & Punctuality - To ensure that you will receive your service in full, Spa guests should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled services to check in, change, and relax. As a courtesy to our next guest, your service will end on time and cannot be extended based on late arrival.
Relaxing Atmosphere - To ensure a relaxing and peaceful experience, we request that guests refrain from using cell phones and have them turned off or silenced while in the salon and spa service areas.
Gratuity - Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is left to the discretion of our guests. Gratuity can be taken in cash, check or debit form.
Children - For their safety, we ask that all children be accompanied by an adult while in our retail/reception area. Children 12 and under are not permitted in the Salon or Spa service areas unless receiving services.
Health & wellness - If you have any medical conditions, physical ailments, allergies, or are pregnant please inform our customer service representative when scheduling your services, as well as your technician prior to receiving your services.
Salon & Spa Policies
Scheduling - If you are booking any spa services for one or more guests please expect to reserve those appointments with a credit card. Any cancellation fees will be applied to that card, if necessary.
Cancellations - In consideration to our other guests and our technicians, if you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request that you give proper cancellation notice. We understand that circumstances may arise and cancelling your appointment may be necessary. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling a single service and 48 hours for multiple services or multiple guests. (Clients who do not honor this policy will be charged a cancellation fee or the full service amount. This will automatically be charged to the credit card provided upon booking or registered gift cards will be redeemed.)
For Your Protection - We request that all salon and spa guests change into the smock or robe provided prior to services. All guests will be responsible to store all personal belongings in the appropriate places provided. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or clothing.
Merchandise Returns or Exchanges - We accept returns/exchanges, within reason, for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase. All cosmetic and skin care product sales are final. Testers are available to try upon request before purchasing.
Salon & Spa Services - Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your salon or spa service, we will gladly re-do your service within 7 days of your original service date. Refunds are not issued.
